Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: London, Holborn (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 base (plus unlimited training budget, 6% pension, private healthcare)

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll apply your technical expertise to shape both client engagements and internal initiatives. Your work will directly influence our strategy and growth as you contribute to winning new business and developing our next generation of engineers.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical Innovation: Lead and innovate on internal projects and contribute to client bids.
- Mentorship & Growth: Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
- Strategy Contribution: Play an integral role in the growth of the business unit through your technical acumen and leadership.
Skills & Experience
Agile & DevOps
- Experience in Agile or DevOps teams, using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Cloud & CI/CD
- Proficient with public cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
Scripting & Configuration Management
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, and Pulumi.
Security & Observability
- Proven ability to build secure applications and infrastructure.
- Skilled in observability and telemetry monitoring, with knowledge of HashiCorp Suite (Packer, Terraform, Vault, Vagrant, Consul).
Containerization & Programming
- Proficient with containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.
- Programming skills in Python, Go, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
