Location: London (On-site 1 day a week)

Salary: £85k to £95k + 12% Bonus + Benefits

We're seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to deliver innovative Network and Cloud Solutions, guide high-impact engagements, and ensure exceptional results for clients.

About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical solutions while building strong client partnerships. You'll lead engagements from pre-sales through delivery, utilizing your expertise in network security, cloud, data centers, and more to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Supporting pre-sales activities by reviewing statements of work (SoWs), validating scope, offering technical insights, and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery
  • Solution Design & Development: Leverage your technical knowledge to translate customer needs into high-quality, financially sound solutions, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and design workshop leadership
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of multiple consulting engagements, managing resources, setting milestones, and ensuring timely, on-budget project completion.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, manage escalations, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal processes, quality assurance, and thought leadership; mentor junior team members to maintain a high standard of technical delivery.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in one or more areas: Network, Network Security, Data Center, Cloud Wireless, or Cyber Security.
  • Recognized certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4, or SilverPeak SD-WAN Certification.
  • Experience in Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS, GCP), Endpoint Security Solutions, Firewall Upgrades & Migrations, and Identity Management (e.g., Multi-Factor Authentication).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Sciencelogic.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong capability in end-to-end project lifecycle management, engagement management, and requirements definition.
  • Outstanding communication, listening, and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to contribute to project profitability and meet key objectives related to client satisfaction, budget, and billable utilization.
