About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Functional Consultant to help clients transform their business processes through the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You'll work with stakeholders to design tailored solutions, leveraging Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform to meet organisational goals and objectives. Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, you'll bridge the gap between technical teams and business owners to deliver impactful solutions in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant, you will:

  • Use your expertise in D365 Finance and Operations to design processes that meet business needs.
  • Deliver full implementation lifecycle projects, specialising in Finance modules, with a willingness to explore other areas.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and document user requirements, translating them into business processes and product backlogs.
  • Create powerful solutions using the broader Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365).
  • Contribute to planning projects and releases in agile sprints, creating Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Microsoft ecosystem and advise clients on how they can benefit.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong experience in implementing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops, capturing user needs, and translating them into actionable business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from c-suite to end users.
  • A deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and related tools, with the ability to craft innovative, integrated solutions.
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset, critical thinking skills, and the drive to create exceptional digital customer experiences.
  • Recent Microsoft certifications (preferred) and Scrum Master experience (beneficial).

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work between offices, client sites, and your home.
  • Professional Growth: Access to cutting-edge tools, training, and opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Inclusive Environment: Work in a supportive, diverse team that values equity and inclusion.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Benefit from mental health support and wellbeing apps to help you thrive.
  • Global Impact: Be part of a team committed to innovation, sustainability, and ethical business practices.

Security Clearance Requirements:
This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must have resided in the UK continuously for the last 5 years and meet other eligibility criteria.
